Sydney Rae Chin
Sydney Rae Chin is a third-generation Cantonese-American chef; their work is inspired by food memories from their grandparents’ cooking mixed with Western food techniques.
With a BA in Media Arts Production, they blend their artistic background into their food and lifestyle content creation. Prior to their recent culinary arts program, they were shift lead and handling development at People’s Kitchen Philly. Recently, they finished up their culinary arts job training program at Philadelphia OIC.
