I'm a licensed massage therapist practicing deep tissue, myofascial release, and Swedish massage in West Philly. My therapeutic presence has been described as collaborative, nourishing, patient, and effective.

My goal during each session is to ensure that clients feel safe and in control; my hope for all clients is that our work can help them trust and befriend their bodies. I work with a wide range of people and bodies to reduce pain, facilitate movement, and encourage relaxation.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage can be supportive for injury recovery, increasing ease and range of motion, or reducing pain and tension. Therapeutic massage promotes overall wellness while addressing the specific goals you have for your body.
($115 for 60 min. // $130 for 75 min. // $150 for 90 min.)

Relaxation Massage

This is just what it sounds like: an opportunity to relax, soften, and calm your nervous system. This soothing, full-body treatment will leave you feeling grounded and restored.

Massage for Foot Pain

If you’re an athlete, someone who works on their feet, or someone with a medical condition impacting their feet, I offer targeted sessions that focus on this area. This can be a standalone treatment or it can be added onto a 60 minute relaxation massage.
($55 for 30 min. // $70 for 45 min.)
