Ways To Support Local AAPI Creatives + Businesses this Month

Preview

Fun fact: May is AAPI Heritage month

Fun-er fact: We have lots of AAPI-owned small businesses, entrepreneurs and creatives in Philly

Funnest fact: There are so many ways to support a small business that don’t involve spending lots of money!

You can…

  1. Follow them on social media and share their posts

  2. Tag something you bought from them in your own post

  3. Visit their shop or come out to support them at a pop-up or event they’re a part of

  4. Tell your friends about them

  5. Purchasing a gift card (especially if it’s for someone who doesn’t know about them yet!)

  6. Tell them you love what they’re doing. Pursuing a passion is equally as hard as it is rewarding. Sometimes giving them a little motivation to keep going can be more valuable than giving them your money.
