Join us on a walk with Ladybug Short Film 🐞 !
Our host will be Ladybug's writer and director, Kelli Webber. Kelli is a visual storyteller who loves creating colorful work with a childlike playfulness. She is inspired by cartoons and fashion photography. Kelli fell in love with videography after starting a sustainable fashion youtube channel and is now creating her debut short film “Ladybug.”
Ladybug is a coming of age short film about an anxious Black woman processing grief and overcoming inauthenticity in the wake of her Grandma's passing. The film follows her chaotic inner thoughts on her walk to work as she struggles to let go of a fading memory of her Grandma and build up the nerve to quit her job.
100% of ticket sales will go towards the creation of the film 🐞
