This is a healing workshop for adults to pause and connect with the little You inside, the one that yearns for safety, love, expression, care, nourishment—Come learn to tune into that little one’s voice and needs and get to know your true self in our community classroom.
We’ll tune inwards with meditation, Reiki, and yoga, and digest with play and rest. Bring your full self, your ease, moodiness, silliness, curiosity, nervousness, and excitement. All of you is welcome in the Playspace.
