Paolo Jay Agbay is a Filipino photographer and community builder.

Born in the Philippines and raised in South Philly, photographer PJ Agbay uses the camera as a tool for connection-building trust and telling honest, human stories that go beyond the frame. His work blends editorial and documentary styles, often shot on film, and centers around food, portraiture, and community moments. In 2023, PJ was named one of Diversify Photo's "Up Next" photographers.
His work has been published by The New York Times, Food & Wine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and has been a featured artist by the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Whether he's shooting on location, mentoring young creatives, or creating space for conversation in his Bok studio, PJ leads with intention, curiosity, and
