I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (PA LN #MSG015181), integrative bodyworker, multi-disciplinary artist, doula, herbalist, teacher, and student! I love supporting clients in slowing down and connecting with their bodies in therapeutic and rejuvenating ways. I specialize in Integrative Massage, where I combine different modalities to relieve full body tension, especially in the shoulders, back, and overall nervous system. I also specialize in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage, as I believe bodywork to be especially powerful during the pregnancy journey! My goal is to help clients move toward a more centered state of being, leaving them more connected to their bodies.

My art practice is my form of meditation. I predominantly work with clay, fiber, and plant material. I love making herb-infused massage oil, tea blends, and candles as well. I host intentional crafting workshops and am currently generating an inventory of goods to sell at markets along side my mobile chair-massage offerings.
