Join Tula Yoga for a special practice honoring the Winter solstice. The practice of 108 sun salutations is a meditative practice that connects the mind, body, and universe, and is often performed during seasonal changes. It helps balance emotions, increase cerebral activity, honor the sun and cultivate grounding in gratitude and in repetition can create a meditative state.
The goal of practicing 108 sun salutations is not to do each one perfectly, but to bring intention and hold space for yourself and others. You can listen to your body and take breaks if you need to. Please bring a journal to write down thoughts, feelings and inspiration through your 108 flow. There will be prompts to keep you focused on your dharma as well.
